What we collect: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and the details you give us about your heating, cooling or mechanical systems when you call, text, fill in a form on this website, or hire us.

 

How we use it: to answer your questions, schedule and perform service, send estimates and invoices, and contact you about your service. Calls and texts to our business number may be answered by an automated assistant working for us.

 

Who we share it with: only the service providers who help us run our business (such as our phone, texting, scheduling, payment and accounting software), and only so they can do that work for us, or when the law requires it. We do not sell your information.

 

Text messages: if you text us or agree to receive texts, we use your mobile number only to communicate with you about your service requests and appointments. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
